What is the “new thing” that you have perceived God doing?

Creating a pastoral care team at Paoli Hospital.

How are you cooperating with God in this activity?  How can other Christians and congregations help?

Serving as a chaplain two days each week and as the on-call chaplain one weekend per month.

From where did this “new thing” spring forth?  What need is God acting to meet through this activity?

Paoli Hospital became a regional trauma center and was required to add a chaplain to the staff.  The response to her care was so overwhelming she had to form a team to respond to the need.  The team now consists of 8 chaplains of various faith traditions.  Some chaplains are ordained, some are lay, one Stephens Minister and one nun.
